Healership:
Beyond the Therapy Room
A sacred offering for those who are tired of being dissected, fixed, or reduced.
This is not a service. This is a remembering.
It’s sacred space for those tending to their own liberation.
Healership is where we meet outside of clinical roles, diagnoses, and treatment plans. It is rooted in ancestral wisdom, spiritual depth, embodied presence, and collective liberation.
“Healership is the heart-centered, justice-rooted part of my work that expands beyond psychotherapy. It’s where I walk with you as a guide, not a clinician—where we tend to what’s sacred, ancestral, embodied, and emergent in your healing.”
This space is for the ones who are:
Grieving the world and in communal mourning
Unraveling, remembering, reclaiming
Tired of toxic positivity, spiritual bypassing, and performative “enlightenment”
Longing to root deeper into their healing on their own terms
It’s for therapists, seekers, shapeshifters, and sensitive system-disruptors.
For people who know that healing isn’t linear, isn’t perfect, and isn’t always clean—but is still sacred.
In Healership, we might…
Reclaim your connection to lineage, land, culture, and sacred practice
Sit with what doesn’t want to be seen yet—shadow, grief, spiritual emergence—without rushing to fix it
Tend to spiritual wounding and identity transformation
Name systemic harm, honor your body’s wisdom, and walk toward what’s true
Explore intuitive, embodied, and ancestral guidance
Help you develop your own rituals and spiritual practices
Practice spiritual healing that’s real—not bypassing, not aestheticized, not performative
What Healership is not
It’s not shamanic work — I am not a shaman
It’s not divination — I won’t tell your future or tell you what to do
It’s not enlightenment — I don’t have answers. But I will walk beside you as you unearth your own
It’s not a substitute for therapy — this is not a clinical space to diagnose, treat, or solve. It’s a relational space to witness, remember, and reconnect
My Approach
I center:
Relational depth over rigid modalities
Embodied and spiritual insight
Justice and liberation as collective healing practices
Shadow work, ancestral connection, and systemic awareness
Messiness as part of the process—not something to clean up
Practical, no-nonsense, non-appropriative spirituality
You can expect honesty, laughter, deep holding, and a commitment to walking beside you—not above you.
Rates & Accessibility
I do not bill insurance for healership work. This means:
Your privacy is protected
We work with your rhythm, not the system’s schedule and expectations
We focus on liberation, not diagnosis
Fee: $200-$150 for a 50 minute session. Longer sessions available at a prorated price.
There’s no pressure here—only invitation.
You don’t need perfect words. Just curiosity, honesty, or longing.
Let’s begin with a conversation.
If your body feels a yes, reach out.

“Finally understanding that I had to give words to all these things… allowing myself to claim the space that I had never been given… wellness is not a stagnant state. For some of us with bodies in revolt, it is a state of unraveling that's necessary for the rebraiding to occur and reoccur.”
— Fariha Róisín, Who Is Wellness For?
