A Fee Structure with Intention
Healing is collective.
Justice is relational.
We shift the field by how we move within it—
and how we care for each other along the way.
🌿 Equity in Practice
My fee structure is rooted in justice—not charity, not punishment.
I offer liberation-informed tiered fees to make supervision more accessible for BIPoC clinicians and clinicians with marginalized identities. BIPoC clinicians can choose to pay at a lower tier, and clinicians with marginalized identities can request a lower tier if I have the space. This approach reflects the reality that many BIPoC folks are navigating systemic barriers—both in training and in practice—that counterparts with more privileged identities often don’t face.
This model invites white clinicians with structural advantage (and clinicians of all identities who have financial privilege) to contribute at a higher rate, which in turn helps offset costs for BIPoC clinicians (and clinicians of other marginalized identities) who are entering (or struggling to remain in) the field due to systemic oppression.
This isn’t about guilt—it’s about redistribution, interdependence, and co-creating equity in the field.
My ancestors called it ayni which loosely translates as reciprocity, mutuality, and cooperation or as an energetic exchange to live in harmony and equilibrium. And this is what you are supporting and become a part of if you decide to pay a higher rate or request a lower tier.
